Campers from this year’s free STEM Summer Experiences for girls will be exhibiting what they learned over two weeks of immersion and exploration at Cabrillo. From San Diego biodiversity to climate change to tracking animals with radio signals, these youth will practice their science communication skills on the public - and you’re invited!

This spring, the EcoLogik team welcomed 16 new youth apprentices, ages 13-18, to the Leadership Academy where they’ll practice the scientific method, contribute to real research, learn how to effectively communicate science, and give back to their national park and their communities beyond.
