ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
The EcoLogik Leadership Academy creates a continuum of support for the young women who have participated in the summer experience or apprenticeship program by offering ongoing learning and internship opportunities, career development, female mentorship, and a community of alumnae.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The EcoLogik Leadership Academy is recruiting girls aged 13-18 for our Conservation and Environmental Stewardship Apprenticeship Program!
CESAP apprentices will have the opportunity to conduct real science and contribute to scientific research with scientists in San Diego's public lands; learn about and participate in science communication projects like public talks, STEAM fairs, museum exhibits, social media, etc.; and be mentored by diverse women in STEM while forming community with like-minded youth.
APPLICANT CRITERIA
Must live in the greater San Diego area
Must be between the ages of 13-18
Must be female-identifying or non-binary
Must like nature and/or STEM
Must want to learn, grow, and give back (and have fun while doing it!)
