Execution of our programmatic goals is made possible through inquiry-based learning that emphasizes leadership and science identity. Under this premise, the EcoLogik Institute consistently strives to achieve the following measurable outputs in all that we do:

  • Provide multidimensional experiences in outdoor spaces to solve global environmental challenges in innovative ways by providing context and tools through the merger of nature and technology.

  • Connect participants and their families to the science and nature of their National Parks in relevant and meaningful ways.

  • Increase access to tools and opportunities for underrepresented youth (females, people of color, LGBTQIA+, etc.) to STEAM education in a way that is impactful for them, while fostering a continuum of mentorship between students and professional female scientists.

OUr Bold Vision for the Future

Over the next 5 years, we have a strategic vision to increase the capacity and impact of this program not only in San Diego, but to additional park units.

We are currently laying the groundwork for this significant expansion and looking to partner with change makers in this space. If you are interested in the movement we are building here, please reach out to schedule a conversation. We look forward to exploring what we can build together.
