MENTORSHIP MONDAY - Workshop with Marine Conservationist Dr. Lekelia Jenkins

(Almost) every Monday, female-identifying and non-binary youth are invited to join a different Woman in STEM over Zoom for a segment we call Mentorship Mondays! These women will share their STEM journeys, answer questions, dispense advice, and occasionally lead life-skills workshops that will prepare the next generation for college and the workforce beyond! In the pipeline for the next month are:

  • August 12th - Q&A with Entomologist and If/Then Ambassador Dr. Ronda Hamm

  • August 19th - Q&A with Marine Conservationist and If/Then Ambassador Dr. Lekelia Jenkins

  • August 26th - Workshop with Animal Scientist Mia Olmedillo

  • September 2nd - Q&A with Anthropologist and NPS Academy Leader Deja Charles
